Where we are storing information about you on physical media i.e. registration card, this is stored securely and access restricted to only those who need it to administer your stay.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

We collect these details to enter a contract with you, or to perform the contract in place between us and to contact you when necessary and to ensure the vital interests of our guests (health).

When you check into our premises with a vehicle we may ask for you registration. We collect these details for security purposes.

Guests Questionnaire
In your room you will find guest questionnaire to be completed at the end of your stay with us, if you choose. We use this feedback to provided additional training to the team, if required, and may use your comments on our online presence (including Facebook and website) for marketing purposes.
