Once upon a time two people fell madly in love and found the perfect wedding venue.
They discovered a truly magical old house where no two weddings were the same yet each one was special.
Garvock House stood in the heart of an ancient town but its secluded landscaped gardens promised peaceful privacy. It was a unique mix of old and new. With a 200-year-old history, the house was an authentic setting for traditional Scottish weddings, and its neutral decor made it an impeccable choice for modern themes.

We had a 4 night stay with friends. On arrival we were made to feel very welcome, all the staff were very friendly & helpful We had a lovely spacious room on the 1st floor. great bathroom with walk in shower. Our friends booked the restaurant for the first evening, the service & food was excellent, good choice & all reasonably priced for a restaurant of that standard, we were so impressed with it we booked for another 3 evenings of our stay. Would certainly return & highly recommend this hotel & the Restaurant also lovely breakfast & choice. Thanks to all the wonderful staff
What a great find. Great location for some good golf courses. Stayed two nights B&B but had dinner in the restaurant both nights as well because the food was so good. Interesting menu, well cooked and presented. The rooms were very clean and nice but the thing that will stick with me is how professional yet welcoming and friendly every single member of staff were - thanks to you all
Set in lovely grounds, the hotel is well easy to find, and close to the railway station. It is well maintained, as well as clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and accommodating, whilst the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Food wise, breakfast was good, and dinner was reasonable with adequate choice. Would definitely recommend it and will endeavour to return
