The staff were extremely helpful in the organisation of my mother in law’s 90th Birthday lunch. The food was delicious and the staff very attentive. The hotel also made her bespoke Birthday cake which was delicious. My mother in law had not been out for nearly 2 years, due to being in hospital and now is a care home resident. We cannot praise highly enough the friendliness of the staff and the attention to detail they afforded us on our golden wedding celebration. We had my mother in law’s 80th birthday celebration for 13 people at the Garvock, and it was perfect. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, the staff were attentive and very helpful, everyone enjoyed themselves. My brother and I booked this lovely hotel for my Mother’s 90th birthday lunch with family. We were in a private room which was beautifully arranged with table flowers, white napkins and a lovely cake stand. We chose this hotel as we have dined there several times previously and think their food and service is outstanding. We had organised drinks in the bar pre lunch which was all organised before going through for lunch. The staff had Mum’s speciality cake all set up in the room. The meal was superb as before and everyone was very impressed with the menu available and the presentation of the dishes. We all had a fabulous day, especially Mum and are very thankful to all the staff at the Garvock House for helping us arrange Mum’s special lunch with all her family.Linda WTripAdvisor
